Armorize was acquired by NASDAQ listed Proofpoint, a leading security-as-a-service provider, that focuses on cloud-based solutions for anti-malware. Proofpoint will pay approximately 25 mio USD for 100% of Armorize's shares.

Communications, certain assets of which were acquired by Xilinx (NASDAW: XLNX),
a leader in the programmable logic devices (PLD) sector. The deal entailed the
sale of substantially all of Modesat’s assets. Terms of the deal remain undisclosed
based on the agreement of the parties.
